AXENOR respects the privacy of individuals who contact us through this website. This notice explains what personal information we collect through the AXENOR website, why we collect it and how it is handled.

Information we collect

When you submit a Book a Demo request, we collect the information you choose to provide, including:

• first and last name;
• work email address;
• company;
• role; and
• information about the workflow or operational process included in your request.

The AXENOR website does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or non-essential tracking cookies.

Why we collect this information

We use information submitted through the Book a Demo form to:

• respond to your inquiry;
• arrange and conduct a demo or discovery conversation;
• understand the workflow or operational problem you would like to discuss;
• evaluate whether an AXENOR AI Worker or pilot may be relevant to your organization; and
• maintain appropriate records related to the inquiry.

We do not use demo-request information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis for doing so.

How information is stored

Demo requests are stored using AXENOR's cloud application infrastructure provided through Lovable Cloud.

Access to demo-request records is restricted and is not available to public website visitors.

AXENOR uses access controls and application-level safeguards intended to limit unauthorized access to the information we hold.

Service providers

AXENOR relies on technology service providers to operate and host this website and its backend infrastructure. These providers may process information on AXENOR's behalf as necessary to provide those services.

How long we keep information

Demo-request information is generally retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission unless a longer period is reasonably required because of an active business relationship, legal requirement or other legitimate business need.

When information is no longer reasonably required, it is deleted or otherwise securely disposed of.

Your information

You may contact AXENOR to ask about personal information we hold about you or to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with a demo request, subject to applicable requirements.
